We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate AI Engineer to lead the development of next-generation AI-powered products, intelligent automation systems, and Generative AI solutions that will transform how marketing campaigns are planned, executed, optimized, and scaled.

ROLE OVERVIEW

As an AI Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, deploying, and optimizing advanced AI applications with a strong focus on Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI-driven automation workflows. You will work closely with business leaders, product stakeholders, and developers to create scalable AI solutions that improve operational efficiency, automate repetitive tasks, generate actionable insights, and deliver measurable business impact. This role requires a blend of AI/ML expertise, software engineering excellence, and a strong understanding of automation ecosystems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

AI & Generative AI Development

• Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade AI applications using Generative AI technologies.
• Build intelligent solutions powered by Large Language Models (LLMs) such as Claude, OpenAI, Gemini, and open-source models.
• Develop and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures for domain-specific knowledge retrieval.
• Fine-tune prompts, AI workflows, and model interactions to improve accuracy, performance, and user experience.
• Evaluate and integrate emerging AI technologies into business workflows.

AI Automation & Workflow Engineering

• Design and implement AI-powered automation workflows using tools such as n8n, Airtable, and related automation platforms.
• Build intelligent agents and autonomous workflows to streamline marketing, sales, customer support, and operational processes.
• Integrate AI models with business applications, databases, APIs, and third-party platforms.

Software Engineering & Platform Development

• Develop scalable backend services and APIs using Python.
• Build production-ready AI applications with robust architecture, security, and monitoring practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless deployment and integration of AI solutions.
• Optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability for AI workloads.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Technical Skills

• 2–4 years of experience in AI/ML Engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Python and AI application development.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI orchestration frameworks.
• Strong experience in building RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions.
• Experience with prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases, and AI agent frameworks.
• Knowledge of LLM platforms such as Claude, OpenAI, Gemini, or similar ecosystems.
• Experience with workflow automation platforms such as n8n and Airtable.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor and other modern coding copilots.
• Database proficiency: MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and SQL databases.
• Experience in API development, integrations, and cloud-native application design.
• Understanding of software engineering best practices, CI/CD, testing, and deployment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar AI frameworks.
• Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, or FAISS.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Exposure to MLOps, model deployment, monitoring, and observability.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION

MCA / B.E. / B.Tech / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, or Machine Learning from a reputed university.
